Future City Living

I've never been a massive fan of city living. The noise, fumes, dirt, smell, the busyness of it all makes my head spin. I need to be close to water, not feel boxed in or trapped. I like things to be open, green, breezy, and the sound of birds in the morning. That all said, if the below pictures indicate the future of city living then count me in.

My Amazing Weekend

I just had the most amazing weekend! It was filled with Cosmo's, gangsta movies, eggs benedict with smoked salmon, a boat, sunshine, gin & tonic, the ocean, laughter, happiness, good friends, and goey drunkness. I hope you like the happy snaps.

Simplicity at its best.

Sometimes fashion can get really complicated. Too many colours, fabrics, textures, styles, cuts and trends. My mum always used to tell me "simplicity will always work", and she is indeed right. I mean look to the LBD (little black dress - for the boys). When it comes to simplicity the guys at complexgeometrics have it sorted.

I thought I better do a bit of a shoutout to all you iPhone lovers (cmon who isn't) and let you know where you can get some kickass cases for the love of your life. It's a company called More and they literally have the sexiest, coolest, slimmest cases around for iPhone, iPod, and now HTC, Blackberry and Samsung. I personally bought a case when I first got my iPhone as I was sick of keeping it in a Apple Nano sock for fear of scratching my baby. Being the perfectionist I am, a scratch on my iPhone would pretty much be like having a piece of sand in my eye, severely irritating. So anyway the cases are well priced, great quality and the delivery time gives road runner a run for his money.

Doing a few posts today kids, finding some rad shit and making up for the week of no posting on account of getting my wisdom teeth out, being doped up on pain killers, eating copious amounts of So Good soy chocolate ice-cream and making my way through all the Godfather movies...

Usually clothes and makeup are used to accentuate the positive and good parts of your face and body, not draw attention to every fucked up part. I used to respect you Lil Kim but you've really gone down a notch or two. There's my rant for the day.

Disclaimer: I am in no way saying Lil Kim has a bad body or face or that I think that everyone should be perfect little runway models. I'm just saying she's looked better...

All I want is a shack by the sea...

This would have to be my heaven on earth. I don't want much in life, but I do want a shack with a view... These mini houses by Sommarnojen (Summer Enjoyment) a Swedish design company are kit homes built on site at any location of your choice. They are 15sq meters in size and like all things Swedish are functional, clean and ergonomic.
